Needs Assessment Survey

This Survey has been designed to analyze the needs of people sixty years of age and older (60+) and their caregivers

Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program

Provide low-income seniors with access to locally grown fruits, vegetables, honey and herbs. Low-income seniors, generally defined as individuals who are at least 60 years old and who have household incomes of not more than 185% of the federal poverty income guidelines. The $20 booklet is redeemable between May 1st and November 30th. Please contact your community center.

2-hour, once-a-week for 8 weeks workshop that will help you to be active again with more strength and confidence.
